New IKS Customer Support Center
The Customer Support Site is the main portal to help you answer all of your questions about your IKS software products.
 

IKS is proud to introduce our brand new Customer Support Site. It features issue tracking, user forums, document downloads, and training modules.

The Support Home page offers quick links, latest forum posts, product spotlights, and support updates for easy navigation and convenience. 

User Forums allow customers to discuss Insert Key products with other users. 

Now customers can submit support requests with IKS and stay up to date on those items.  Customers are also able to login securely to the Support site to download and upload documents using the Document Manager.
