RIOTM (Ranking Index of Orders) is a web-based software product that automates the process of prioritizing work by objectively ranking work orders. Work orders are automatically assigned a calculated score based on an algorithm that considers component and work order attributes, and other ER related parameters. RIOTM closes the gap between ER Processes and Work Control (INPO AP-913 and AP-928).

Primary users include Work Control, PM Coordinators, Site Management, and Engineering personnel.

Work Orders are conveniently organized by upcoming work week (T week) in an easy to navigate grid.
Users can set personal preferences for filtering work orders.
The results grid is color coded and users can drill down to supporting data and applications for more detail.
The RIOTM Number or rank is prominently displayed in the far left column.

RIOTM automatically assigns a score to a work order based on work order or equipment attributes such as Component Classification, Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Reports , As Found Condition Codes (AFCC) , and Deferrals.
The ranking indicators and calculation algorithm can be configured to each customer’s needs and business priorities.
Users with proper authorization levels, can override the automatically calculated RIO Number and provide proper justification.
